Sorry for the delay in responding, holiday confusion.

There are several factors that could be complicated retrieval of your email from the office. Does your office have a firewall or other internet security device in place? If so, does you security policy permit POP mail retreival? Yahoo mail is web based so it is the same as browsing any other web page.

My best advice is to call our support staff while you are in front of your computer in the office to directly address the issue.
