• Redundancy: Our Internet connectivity is provided by over 200 separate diverse backbone providers. If one of these lines goes down, traffic is automatically routed through the lines that are still online. Our data center power is supplied by redundant power sources including large scale centralized uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) battery backup systems. In the event of power outage to the building, UPS power is immediately provided by large scale, auto-start generators and backup generators.
• Monitoring: As a Crusoe Server Colocation customer, your equipment will be monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by our expert NOC staff to ensure maximum efficiency and availability. You will also have access to system uptime and bandwidth utilization reports.
