Crusoe uses the highest quality national access provider for DSL provisioning.  The installation process begins with a pre-qualification to determine which service speeds are available in your area.  Once you have selected the service that best meets your needs, an order will be placed for installation.  You will then be contacted by both your local phone company and the installation team to schedule your installation appointments.  After they install a new line in your home or office, the installation team schedules the installation of the router to complete the process.  It generally takes between two and four weeks from the date you place your order to complete the install, depending on your local phone company backlog. Most service levels have a 'within 30 day' installation guarantee.
